At Embrace Home Loans, we believe it's extremely important to give back to the communities where our customers and employees live and work. Over the past several years, Embrace has set aside 10% of its pre-tax income for charitable giving, with special emphasis toward charities benefiting children. Local, national, and international organizations have all benefited from Embrace donations. Here are a few examples of Embrace Home Loans' ongoing charitable initiatives:

  • Community Outreach
Several years ago, Embrace Home Loans converted its corporate outing to a community outreach event. Projects have included planting trees, refurbishing local parks, restoring a historic tower, and distributing school supplies to needy children.
  • Jeans for Charity
Once a month, Embrace Home Loans employees make a small charitable donation for the privilege of "dressing down," and Embrace matches all giving.
  • Embrace Home Loans Charity Match
In 2003, Embrace introduced another charitable commitment where the company matches-dollar for dollar-each employee's contribution to a charitable or non-profit cause of their choice, up to $2,500 a year.
  • Holiday Giving
Each year, Embrace employees put together Thanksgiving baskets with food, household items, and toys to help local families in need. Similarly, in conjunction with the charitable organization Making Spirits Bright, each Embrace team adopts a family for the holidays donating items to fulfill the children's Santa list. Along with presents for the children, the whole family is invited to participate in the Embrace holiday celebration which includes games, lunch and treats for the kids and a Christmas tree for each family.
